We're getting into the home stretch of the Dancer2 documentation grant, and the first two documents are ready for public review:
https://github.com/PerlDancer/Dancer2/blob/docs/doc-rewrite-grant/lib/Dancer2/Manual.pod
https://github.com/PerlDancer/Dancer2/blob/docs/doc-rewrite-grant/lib/Dancer2/Manual/Cookbook.pod
(please ignore the sloppy commit history; this will get squashed and cleaned up before merging)
You are invited to discuss and provide feedback about these documents publicly or privately. Feedback can include (but is not limited to):
- Misspellings
- Quality and correctness of examples
- Things that could be explained better
- Things not explained at all
You don't have to love it; in fact, if you don't, we'd like to hear why. In the longstanding tradition of the Dancer community, please be respectful. Actionable feedback is best.
Thursday is Thanksgiving in the US. Between the holiday and other documentation work, I will not be looking at feedback until approximately December 6th, after which time I'll process, act on, and respond to feedback where it makes sense to do so.
Thanks - your input and suggestions will help the next Dancers to learn all the best moves in the best way possible :-)
