[dancer-users] CI using GitHub Actions

OK, then second best thing I'd need:

How do I run all the tests?

So far I run

     dzil test --author --release

It skips one test t/issues/gh-811.t because Dancer2::Session::Cookie  is
missing. But Dancer2::Session::Cookie depends on Dancer2, right?

Then I use

      dzil build

to create the tar.gz

Is that correct?
