[dancer-users] Template creation

Been trying to teach myself dancer over the last
several days and have begun to grasp the basics of
creating a very simple CRUD. However, I am beginning
to realize that I need to know HTML. Would to best plance
for some who does not know html be to simply copy
index.tt, edit it to create templates? Or is
there a better easier way?
