[dancer-users] Installation failure

Hi All

Got a really weird issue. I have been building up a rex script to setup a digitalocean VM from scratch. It has been working fine - till today.

On installing Dancer2 I am getting failures regardless of the version I install (even without rex using cpanm Dancer2)?? The errors begin with:

I can provide the whole log, but was hoping someone would know the issue from this? As I said, it has been working fine till now.
