[dancer-users] Dancer::Plugin::Auth::Twitter v0.04 off to CPAN

Thanks to berekuk++, D::P::Auth::Twitter v0.04 uses v1.1 of the Twitter 
API REST[1]. As Twitter will phase out v1.0 as of June 11th, if you are 
using that plugin, you might consider upgrading. Just sayin'. :-)
