[dancer-users] New Dancer 2 release: 0.11

Hi everyone!

A new version of Dancer 2 has just been uploaded to CPAN: 0.11.

Before we go over the changes we've had, I'd like to take a moment to
welcome Russell Jenkins (veryrusty) as a member of the Dancer core dev
team. Russell has done tremendous work on Dancer and provided patches,
feedback, corrections, insight, and more. He's been a crucial member of the
team for some time, and it's about time for him to join officially. Please
welcome Russell!

Much has changed since the last release. There had been a lot of
documentation fixes and improvements. Documentation is something developers
tend to neglect, but it is crucial for the success of a project.
Contributors and users depend on it. That's why we especially recognize and
appreciate any contribution to the documentation.

We are especially excited about the following changes:
- Using Return::MultiLevel allows keywords to exit immediately. That means
changes to keywords "redirect", "forward", and "halt".
- Command line tool rewrite. Ivan Kruglov's awaited rewrite of the command
line utility has landed. We're now able to easily make changes to the
command line utility, to add plugins, to support profiles, and so on. If
you have any ideas or would like to help, please join in.

We work our best to improve while not screwing up. If you encounter any
problems or issues with this release, please let us know as soon as
possible.
