I don't know it was already submitted or not so I think the best if you
talked to Francesco Vollero <razorinc at gmail.com> directly and
coordinated with him.
I think it would be important that Dancer was mentioned in the title
along with Sinatra
and not just as part of the presentation.
Maybe you'll give a short overview along the Sinatra framework. Maybe
both of you give a
"lightning talk". That's 15 minutes at FOSDEM.
Regardless of that you can also give a longer version that goes into
much more details in the
Perl devroom.
